Cancellation policy
In the unfortunate event you have to cancel or postpone your booking, we will always endeavour to re-let the accommodation. However, in the event that we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to charge the full amount unless three days notice is given prior to your due arrival.
Liability
No liability is accepted by the proprietors for any personal injury to guests, or for any loss or damage to their property. The proprietors shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss to valuables, personal property of any kind, including; motor vehicles, motor cycles, boats, etc; or personal injury or death, direct or indirect, irrespective of how it was sustained, occasioned, or caused, to anyone of any age who is a resident or invitee of the proprietors, whether caused by or resulting from any willful act, default, negligence, omission, neglect or otherwise on the part of the proprietors, their servants or agents, or any guests or invitees.
Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is not returned and the balance is still payable on the due date. Every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation and if this is achieved, any monies paid will be refunded, less any expenses incurred. We strongly recommend guests invest in holiday insurance cover.
In the extremely unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking with us, we will refund any monies received. That is the total extent of our liability.
In the event that the accommodation becomes unavailable through damage or accident of any kind, we will endeavour to provide alternative accommodation, or we will refund all monies paid, or a portion in the event of a curtailment.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9.30am.
A traditional full English breakfast is served, or you may wish to choose from the al a carte menu.
Any special dietary requirements can be catered for (please provide advance notice)
